FAQ & IMPORTANT INFO

Do you still have credit left on your wristband and aren't sure what to do with it?

By default, we offer the following options:

• We can refund the money to a bank account you provide.

• You can leave the remaining balance as a contribution to Základna to help build and maintain this awesome community project.

• If you have an active membership in the association, you can transfer the balance to future events (this will also happen automatically if you don't respond to this email).

To get started, you'll need your Rusthaven 2026 admission ticket. Then simply visit:

Enter either your ticket number or its verification code, check your remaining balance, and choose what you'd like to do with it.

The deadline for submitting your cashless balance preference is July 14. After that date, the option will close, and any unclaimed balances belonging to people who are not active members of the association will be treated as a contribution to Základna to support its operations.

If you choose a refund, we'll collect requests until July 14, after which we'll process all refunds in a single batch. The money won't be sent immediately after you submit your request, but once you receive the confirmation email from the system, you can expect the refund to be processed.

ENTRY IS 18+ ONLY! Dogs, cats, domesticated scorpions, and any other animals are not allowed.

FESTIVAL WRISTBANDS must be worn visibly at all times and presented upon request by the organizers. If your wristband is lost or damaged, please contact the Info Point.

DO NOT START FIRES! Any open fire requires permission from the fire safety team. Pyrotechnics are also prohibited. Any suspected fire hazard must be reported IMMEDIATELY to a Crew member or at the Info Point.

COSTUMES ARE MANDATORY! Do not enter the festival grounds without a costume. This applies to everyone. Reflective safety vests are not permitted as part of a costume, as they are reserved for specific organizer teams and emergency situations. Prop weapons may only be carried as costume accessories (except NERF blasters, which may be used during LARP combat). Do not bring sharp or dangerous costume accessories into crowds or confined spaces. NUDITY IS NOT A COSTUME!

DON'T STICK YOUR FINGERS IN THE SOCKET! Do not connect personal electrical appliances to the festival power grid and do not touch any electrical wiring or equipment on site. The risk of injury and disruption to the festival's operations is significant.

DON'T MAKE A MESS! Clean up after yourselves and sort your waste. Clearly marked bins and containers are available throughout the venue.

DON'T USE THE FOREST AS A TOILET! Use the provided toilets and do not relieve yourselves in the forests within or around the festival grounds. Dispose of sanitary products in waste bins, not in nature.

DON'T BE AN ASSHOLE! Treat others with respect. Got a beef with someone? Settle it in the arena. What you do with each other is your business, as long as it is fully consensual.

DON'T GO WHERE YOU DON'T BELONG! Do not enter other people's camps without permission, respect restricted areas, and do not climb on buildings, scenery, decorations, or installations.

DON'T DAMAGE OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY! Do not damage any scenery, decorations, props, or installations within the festival area.

NO SMOKING INDOORS! Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. Do not smoke inside buildings or bunkers, and make sure cigarette butts are fully extinguished before disposing of them in a bin. Free pocket ashtrays are available at the Info Point.

DON'T MAKE EXCESSIVE NOISE! Personal power generators, loudspeakers, and sound systems are prohibited. Please respect quiet hours in the campsite.

DON'T DAMAGE NATURE! The festival takes place within a protected landscape area.

Finally, please note that the use of narcotic and psychotropic substances is prohibited at the event, with the exception of alcohol, tobacco products, and legally prescribed medication.

Violation of these rules or failure to comply with instructions from the organizers may result in your wristband being cut off and your removal from the festival.

• Taking photos and videos with a cell phone is permitted, except as noted below.

• Drones are prohibited.

• Other photo and video equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless cameras with interchangeable lenses, etc.) is permitted only with prior approval from the organizers. Please contact domaci.pirozek@gmail.com. Permission will only be granted with a valid reason.

• Recording is prohibited in the NFC zone, during mud matches, during nudity, and at events labeled “nudity,” “BDSM,” or “Trigger Warning.” It is also prohibited in explicitly designated no-recording areas.

• Failure to follow these rules may result in expulsion from the event!

We have two campsites for visitors. Normal tents can be set up in the main camping area, which starts in the orchard next to the barracks building. If you have a stylish post-apo shelter, you can set it up in the meadow aka heliport. Just be careful, you will also find a marked area for workshops! Don't put anything in there.

There will be plenty of porta potties available.

For personal hygiene, there will be utility water near the barracks and main square. 

Drinking water will be available in marked cisterns. Please do not use it for washing.

Besides all of the activities mentioned, RUSTHAVEN will offer multiple food stalls with a wide variety of dishes. Besides food, you will also be able to quench your thirst at a number of bars with beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Coffee lovers will be able to indulge in their favourite drink in our famous cafe. We have not forgotten about tea either, which will be accompanied by shisha and small refreshments. It is not necessary to bring own food and drink to the festival.

By taking advantage of the provided services, you support the organization of the event and the operation of RZB.

MEDICAL STAFF

The medical staff traditionally have their HQ on the square right next to the gate. However, they will also be patrolling the grounds. They’ll treat both major and minor injuries or illnesses, but don’t hesitate to approach them even with a seemingly minor issue.

TESTING 

An ambulance will also be on site, where you can get tested for HIV, syphilis, or hepatitis for free on Friday or Saturday between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
