All refund requests will be processed at once after this date. Thank you for your understanding and patience. 

How to do it? Just follow the simple instructions. You will need the PDF file in the registration email that came from vstupenky@subculture.cz. 

In the last name field, enter only your LAST NAME as you entered it in the visitor registration (you can also find it in the aforementioned PDF). Enter it with diacritical marks. 

You will find the NUMBER in the second field in the same PDF. It is typically located in the last line. If you were on the guest list, enter the number with the word GUEST, without a space after it. 

Choose whether you want to have your balance refunded or leave it as support for the further development of the Bratronice Missile Base. 

If you ARE a member of the Raketová základna Bratronice, z.s. (you have a membership number) and want to have your balance transferred for use at other events organized by the Association, ignore the other options and simply close the form. 

As a tribe, you will have the opportunity to live within the festival area and show off your skills in front of other visitors or participate in a LARP game with full flair. And you will also be able to apply to have your tribe's program included among the official festival attractions.

It is crucial to fill out THIS FORM by May 31.

You will be asked to pay a fee at the parking crew checkpoint, where you will also obtain your parking ticket. You will then be able to take your belongings to the first gate near the camping area and unload them. You don't want to carry everything on your back. After unloading, the chosen driver will take the car to the parking area, where he or she will show the parking ticket. From the parking area, it's a short walk back to the festival venue. Parking fee:

• Car - 500 CZK

• Motorbike - 300 CZK

Motorcycles have a reduced parking fee. Owners of any oversized cars (caravans etc) should let us know on parking@rusthaven.cz in advance and we will make individual arrangements.

CARPOOLING

Do you have space in your car? Are you looking for a spot? Here's a Facebook group specifically for carpooling. Or use #RH25CARPOOL on social media.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

There are bus lines from Prague - Zličín and from Kladno to Bratronice, from where it is about 2 km on foot. And maybe someone will see you there and give you the last bit of the ride.

We have two campsites for visitors. Normal tents can be set up in the main camping area, which starts in the orchard next to the barracks building. If you have a stylish post-apo shelter, you can set it up in the meadow aka heliport. Just be careful, you will also find a marked area for workshops! Don't put anything in there.

There will be plenty of porta potties available.

For personal hygiene, there will be utility water near the barracks and main square. 

Drinking water will be available in marked cisterns. Please do not use it for washing.

Besides all of the activities mentioned, RUSTHAVEN will offer multiple food stalls with a wide variety of dishes. Besides food, you will also be able to quench your thirst at a number of bars with beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Coffee lovers will be able to indulge in their favourite drink in our famous cafe. We have not forgotten about tea either, which will be accompanied by shisha and small refreshments. It is not necessary to bring own food and drink to the festival.

By taking advantage of the provided services, you support the organization of the event and the operation of RZB.

MEDICS

The medics traditionally have their HQ in the Main square next to the gate. But they'll be patrolling the grounds as well. 

PSYCARE

This experienced group will always help you rest and restore your mental balance.

TESTING

There will also be an ambulance on site where you can get tested for HIV, syphilis or hepatitis for free on Friday or Saturday between 3pm and 9pm.
